People&Technology (PNT), a specialist provider of AI/DX-based smart hospital service platforms, announced that through a strategic partnership with Dong-A ST (CEO Jae-hoon Jung), it has deployed a real-time patient monitoring solution at Nazareth International Hospital (Hospital Director Jae-young Lee). This deployment spans the intensive care unit and the general wards on floors 6 through 9, covering a total of 282 beds, implementing an integrated monitoring system that brings together intensive care and general ward settings under a single platform.
Located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Nazareth International Hospital serves as a hub hospital meeting the medical needs of local residents. Through this deployment, the hospital has strengthened 24-hour intensive monitoring for ICU patients and expanded real-time patient monitoring to its general wards, raising the overall standard of patient safety management across the hospital.
The deployed solution collects key vital sign data — including ECG, heart rate, and oxygen saturation — in real time through the patch-type wearable ECG device "HiCardi" and the portable pulse oximeter "Nonin." The collected data is transmitted via an electronic nameplate, which serves as both a bedside information display and an IoMT gateway, to People&Technology's smart hospital platform, "IndoorPlus+ SmartCare," for integrated management.
