This conference is a key annual event in Korea's hospital information sector, focusing on strategies for digital transformation in healthcare driven by medical data and AI technologies. This year, it featured themes such as "AI Implementation and Value Re-Creation of Healthcare Data" and "AI Agents and Cloud-Native Innovation," attracting a large number of hospital professionals and medical staff from across the country.
At booth No. 10 in the exhibition hall, People and Technology showcased a real-time patient monitoring solution based on its IndoorPlus+ SmartCare platform. During the live demonstration, a patch-type ECG wearable device, "Hi-cardi," and a "Nonin" oxygen saturation monitor were integrated into the platform, allowing real-time visualization of patients' vital signs and movement data on a ward monitoring dashboard.
In particular, the platform's vendor-neutral architecture—enabling seamless integration of wearable devices from different manufacturers—drew significant attention from visitors. Hospital IT professionals and nursing department representatives engaged actively with the team, asking questions about real-world deployment. They showed strong interest in the solution's ability to automate hospital data processes, move away from manual measurement and recording, and significantly reduce the workload of nursing staff.
A representative from People and Technology stated, "Through this exhibition, we were able to clearly see how strongly medical staff are seeking automation of hospital data and improved efficiency in nursing workflows. Many who experienced the live demonstration expressed immediate interest in adopting the solution, allowing us to truly understand the practical needs in the field. We will continue to work with more hospitals to drive meaningful change."
