Collaborating with Member Companies to Share Expertise in the Construction Sector
Seoul – December 30, 2020 – People and Technology announced its selection as a member of the Family Enterprise Program by the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT).
KICT, a government-funded research institute specializing in land and construction, supports small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by helping them expand their businesses and resolve technical challenges. The institute's Family Enterprise Program is designed to empower SMEs and mid-sized companies, which might otherwise struggle to compete with the economies of scale enjoyed by larger corporations. This initiative focuses on resolving technical difficulties, enhancing innovation capabilities, and fostering mutual growth through a collaborative R&D ecosystem involving industry and research institutions.

As a newly selected member, People and Technology is positioned to demonstrate its technical capabilities not only in general industries but also in the construction sector, fostering joint growth with other member companies.
Currently, People and Technology holds multiple intellectual property rights for road pavement management. This membership provides the company with opportunities for technical validation and additional support through collaborative synergies with other enterprises in the program.
This milestone marks an important step for People and Technology in expanding its expertise and contributions to the construction field while advancing innovation through collaborative efforts.
