At the exhibition, People&Technology will showcase its residual personnel safety confirmation system for industrial site emergency response, "IndoorPlus+ SmartSafe."

IndoorPlus+ SmartSafe is a digital-based residual personnel safety confirmation system developed to address the fundamental limitations of safety confirmation methods that still rely on handwritten rosters. In the event of an emergency, the system integrates and collects BLE tag, mobile, and sensor data in real time, automatically excludes personnel who have completed evacuation, and immediately provides the location and rescue priority of those who may still remain inside the building. By digitizing the entire process — from headcount confirmation and on-site visibility to emergency notification and record-keeping and reporting — the system moves beyond reliance on manual confirmation, creating an environment where on-site personnel can focus solely on rescue and response.

At the core of the system is a 7-step automated response process. As soon as an emergency occurs, the system disseminates the situation via SMS and app notifications, automatically analyzes whether personnel have arrived at the assembly point, and identifies those who may still remain inside. This is followed by the collection of mobile responses and automatic determination of rescue priority based on risk level and movement paths, guiding on-site response — with the entire process automatically logged for use in post-incident analysis and report generation. Workers can complete the entire process — from login and clock-in registration to receiving emergency alerts, checking location, and sending SOS requests — in just three steps via the mobile app, without the need to introduce separate tags, making it simple to apply on-site.
