People and Technology Participates in the 5th Korea-Bahrain Business Forum

Enterprise AI services company People and Technology Co., Ltd. (CEO: Hong Seong-pyo, Lim Jin-soon) participated in the 5th Korea-Bahrain Business Forum held in Bahrain on November 5 (local time).
The forum, aimed at fostering economic growth between the two countries, was jointly hosted by the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bahrain. The event was supported by Bahrain's Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MOIC), the Economic Development Board (EDB), the Korea-Bahrain Friendship Association (BKFS), and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). Key attendees included Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Bahrain, Samir Nass, Chairman of BCCI, Khalid Humaidan, CEO of EDB, Ahmed bin Hindi, Chairman of the Korea-Bahrain Friendship Association, and various business leaders from both countries.
At the forum, People and Technology presented its IoMT (Internet of Medical Things)-based hospital digitalization solution IndoorPlus+ SmartCare, which immediately enhances hospital operations through data collection and monitoring of patient, medical staff, and medical device locations, as well as vital signs. The solution generated significant interest among local public institutions and stakeholders. IndoorPlus+ SmartCare is an IoMT solution platform that enables hospital operations to be optimized and automated, supporting digitalization in healthcare.
A representative from People and Technology stated, “As the global need for smart healthcare solutions continues to grow, Middle Eastern countries, including Bahrain, have selected digital hospitals and healthcare industries as national projects, accelerating their activation. We saw significant interest in our IndoorPlus+ SmartCare and were able to hold productive meetings with representatives from local hospitals such as Bahrain Specialist Hospital, Al Malaki Specialist Hospital, and SMC Hospital, among others.”
The representative further added, “Building on the success of last month’s ‘2023 Digital Healthcare UAE Roadshow,’ we aim to expand our network in the Middle East through this 5th Korea-Bahrain Business Forum.”
