On September 10, 2025, People and Technology participated in the Overseas IT Policy Decision-Makers Cooperation Channel, hosted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) in Seoul. The event gathered high-level ICT representatives from seven countries — Ethiopia, Bhutan, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand — to exchange experiences in digital transformation and explore opportunities for collaboration with Korean companies.

As part of the public–private networking program (G2B meetings), People and Technology held bilateral sessions with:
- Malaysia’s Ministry of Communications and Digital
- Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology
Malaysia: From Digital Safety to Healthcare Innovation
In the discussion with Malaysia’s Ministry of Communications and Digital, the ministry shared its interest in strengthening digital safety through measures against cybercrime, as well as its broader responsibilities in media and broadcasting. Building on this focus, People and Technology introduced its security solutions, such as access control systems that enhance safety in physical environments and can be applied across industries.
The conversation then expanded to include digital healthcare, an area of growing attention in Malaysia. By sharing its platform for real-time monitoring and hospital digitalization, People and Technology gathered valuable feedback from government officials on how such solutions could fit into Malaysia’s early-stage efforts to build a unified healthcare information system.
This exchange not only highlighted the adaptability of People and Technology’s technology across sectors but also helped refine its market entry strategy, ensuring alignment with Malaysia’s long-term healthcare transformation goals.

Vietnam: Strong Interest in Digital Healthcare
The meeting with Vietnam proved highly promising. The Director of the Center of Technology and Digital Government expressed strong interest in digital healthcare solutions and confirmed readiness to promote People and Technology’s offerings to the Ministry of Health, the key decision-making body for healthcare innovation and regulation in Vietnam.
In addition, discussions opened opportunities beyond healthcare, particularly in worker safety, where IoT-based monitoring and real-time tracking could provide vital support for Vietnam’s industrial sectors. While concerns about budget constraints were raised, People and Technology highlighted the flexibility and scalability of its solutions, allowing institutions to start within their means and expand as ROI and results are demonstrated.

Strengthening Korea–Southeast Asia Cooperation
Through these meetings, People and Technology gained valuable insights into the specific contexts and challenges of Malaysia and Vietnam, while also showcasing the strengths of Korea’s digital healthcare and IoT innovation.
By actively engaging in NIA’s cooperation channel, People and Technology continues to position itself as a trusted partner for Southeast Asian governments in building smart hospitals, enhancing worker safety, and accelerating digital transformation.
